The products of Les Délices de Saint Orens are used and offered in French restaurants with Michelin Stars. Authentic gourmet recipe – Tender duck thighs slowly confited in their own fat, following traditional methods from Southwest France. The confit is prepared using a centuries-old preservation process.
Practical can containing 4 thighs, ideal for a convivial dinner for 4 people.

Easy to prepare:
1. Open the can and warm in a bain-marie for a few minutes to melt the fat.
2. Drain the thighs.
3. Preheat oven to 180 °C (fan recommended).
4. Place thighs in an ovenproof dish and bake 15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Perfect with sautéed potatoes, green beans, or a fresh salad for a true French bistro experience.
